COVID-19 UPDATES
On behalf of CXP’s Trustees and Executive Leadership, we want to provide you with comfort in knowing that your safety is our utmost concern. Please know that we are monitoring the progress of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) throughout our nation and region and are taking steps to prepare for any potential impact. We are praying for those who may already be affected and for God’s protection over all of us.
Please partner with us in prayer as well as in taking practical measures, recommended by the CDC (Centers of Disease Control) and local authorities to mitigate the spread of the virus. We recommend visiting the CDC’s website to learn more about what you can do to protect yourself and others. CDC on COVID-19
We will be evaluating week to week and providing updates as soon as they are available.
We encourage you to use our website or mobile app to stay connected. You can catch up on sermons and give your tithes and offerings. GIVE HERE
As recommended by the CDC, the church has been and will continue to be sanitized. All frequently touched surfaces have been cleaned and disinfected. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks and floors. Hand sanitizer stations have been refilled and located throughout the common areas of the church. We are increasing the frequency of cleanings and enhancing sanitary practices in common areas.
Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart, lung disease and diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness.
In general we encourage you to please stay home if you and or your child are sick.
STAY INFORMED
The media is aflame with daily updates and it’s impossible to read, absorb and respond to every news report or latest rumor. We’re following a reliable list of information for educational, planning and management purposes.
Remember no matter how dire circumstances get, the Lord remains our refuge and strength, "He is an ever-present help in trouble" (Ps. 46:1). To trust in the Lord amid trouble is to experience and bear witness to the power of Christ.

OFFERING
You may worship God with your tithes and offerings using the digital options found here
SAFE INTERACTION
While we always encourage connection with others we will not be giving hugs or shaking hands. Instead we will encourage each other with a wave and a smile.
WE'RE HERE FOR YOU
We encourage those who have these symptoms, even if they are mild, to stay at home and recover fully instead of coming to service. If you have further questions, contact us at info@cxpchurch.com
